What is RSS?
RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an easy way for you to keep updated automatically on websites you like. Instead of you having to go to websites to see if they have written a new article or feature, you can use RSS to get them to tell you every time they have added something new. Several news organizations, "blog" (web logs) and iPod services are already using RSS on a real-time basis. Many internet browsers are adding live feeds as well.
How can I use RSS?
In general, you need to download a program called a News Reader. It will display and automatically update RSS information from the websites of your choosing on your computer. There are a range of different News Readers available. Different News Readers work on different operating systems, so you will need to take this into account when you make your choice.
