Philosophy of Little Nazareth - We believe that children learn best in a safe, loving, relaxed, interesting environment where they can learn by doing. This is achieved through careful planning for, observation of, and interaction with the children. Developmentally appropriate prayer and Catholic traditions are integrated into the daily activities. Our goal is to provide the means for appropriate development of your child intellectually, physically, emotionally, and socially. Each child is a unique gift from God with special talents and needs. Every effort will be made to develop and strengthen these talents and to meet the individual needs of your child.

Discipline Policy
The teacher will encourage appropriate behavior through the following principles:
- Scheduling and structuring the day.
- Giving clear expectations.
- Giving positive reinforcement and modeling appropriate behavior.
- Redirecting the child from the situation; "time out" in the classroom to think over her/his actions.
- Following through with consistency.
