The Mission of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul:

“A network of friends, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need.”

Our efforts help to alleviate the economic challenges faced by some neighbors through assistance with utility bills, furniture and other needs.

What Matters Can You Help Me With?

We commonly assist with utilities, furniture and clothing. For help with other various types of assistance, we also can refer you to other agencies and organizations.

The St. Cecelia Conference of St. Vincent de Paul Society fosters spiritual growth of its members through serving the needs of those living within the parish geographical area.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul welcomes those who wish to serve their neighbors. SVdP members grow spiritually through service to people in need. Volunteers are currently needed for:
— phone interviews – 2 hours weekly
— occasional computer support services for Microsoft Windows and Access.

If you are interested in volunteering, or are in need of assistance, please call 727-446-7038.

I Want to Help the St. Vincent De Paul Society

Thank you for wanting to help this important outreach initiative! We invite you to give donations online giving, in the Poor Boxes inside the church, or donate directly by dropping off or mailing your donation to SVDP in the parish office. This provides the funds that allow us to assist the many individuals and families we serve.
