Deacon Martínez-Pacini has devoted over 35 years of his life to the Diaconate in Puerto Rico and Clearwater. Father of four – Julia, Francisco José, Jesús and Ceilia  – he is married to Ela Betancourt de Martínez. Deacon Paco relocated to Clearwater in 2017. He retired from a long career in the fashion industry from Puerto Rico, his birthplace. He was ordained Deacon in San Juan, Puerto Rico, in1989.
